Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads in the Loose Diamonds segment through market research, industry networks, and client outreach.
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with manufacturers, wholesalers, and international buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen the pipeline and drive conversions.

Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities within the Loose Diamonds industry.
4–12 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Diamond / Loose Diamonds industry.
Strong experience in lead generation and B2B client handling.
Good knowledge of diamond assortments and pricing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target -oriented with a proven sales track record.
