What You'll Do

  Drive new business by identifying and acquiring brands, agencies, and production houses.

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and media agencies.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and campaign strategies.

  
  


• 
  

  Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.

  
  


• 
  

  Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Represent Mutiny Talent at industry events and networking opportunities across South India and beyond.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  4+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Media Sales, or Influencer Marketing.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in digital media, advertising, entertainment, or creator economy is highly preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Fluency in English; Telugu proficiency is an added advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Self-driven professional capable of independently managing leads and revenue targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Genuine interest in creators, social media, brands, films, and storytelling.
