Role Description

We are
looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Oracle
Practice. This role is pivotal in shaping and scaling our portfolio of
services across Oracle APEX, SaaS, and PaaS offerings. You will be responsible
for identifying market opportunities, crafting sales strategies, building
trusted relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term
partnerships.

This is an

Key
Responsibilities


1. Oracle
Market & Offering Development

  • Develop a strong understanding
    of the Oracle ecosystem, particularly in APEX, SaaS (Fusion ERP
    Application), and PaaS (Oracle Cloud, Integration).

  • Analyze market trends and
    identify strategic opportunities for growth.

  • Engage with key decision-makers
    and influencers in target industries (SCM, healthcare, jewelry, etc.).

  • Build and manage a qualified
    pipeline of new opportunities aligned with InspireXT’s Oracle
    capabilities.

2. Value
Proposition & Sales Strategy

  • Craft compelling value
    propositions tailored to client needs across Oracle APEX (low-code apps),
    SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM), and PaaS.

  • Design and execute actionable
    go-to-market plans.

  • Develop customized proposals and
    presentations that articulate business value and differentiation.

  • Collaborate with delivery teams
    to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.

3. Sales
Execution & Relationship Management

  • Achieve annual sales and revenue
    targets for Oracle Practice.

  • Drive end-to-end business
    development cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Foster deep, trust-based
    relationships with clients, prospects, and Oracle ecosystem partners.

  • Act as a trusted advisor,
    understanding client objectives and aligning solutions accordingly.



Requirements


Required
Skills & Experience


  • Proven track record in selling Oracle
    implementation, enhancement and services and transformation projects (APEX, SaaS, PaaS).

  • Strong experience in international
    business development and enterprise-level sales execution.

  • Deep understanding of Oracle’s
    product suite – especially Fusion Applications, OCI, OIC and APEX.

  • Demonstrated ability to take
    opportunities from concept to close, with excellent presentation and
    negotiation skills.

  • Ability to influence C-level
    stakeholders and build consensus in complex environments.

  • Experienced in using modern CRM
    tools for pipeline and relationship management.

  • Strategic thinker with strong
    commercial and analytical acumen.

  • Willingness to travel within
    India and internationally when required.



Preferred
Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in business or
    marketing discipline.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of
    experience in international business development and sales.

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in business
    development role

  • Experience in talent
    acquisition, training, and development within sales teams.
