Business Development Manager- PMS

Location: Thrissur, Kerala (North Kerala)

Experience: 15+ Years in Portfolio Management / Mutual funds (Mandatory)

Qualification : Masters Degree

Salary: 15 lakhs per annum

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Execution:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, evolving the business strategically.

2. Product and Industry Knowledge:

Demonstrate a sound understanding of investment products, regulations, governance, and the financial services industry, with a specific focus on Portfolio Management Services (PMS).

3. Training and Support:

Train branches on effective PMS sales strategies, enabling them to increase PMS sales.

Encourage Branch Managers (BMs) to activate branches and enhance productivity in PMS product sales.

4. Performance Ownership:

Own the PMS target on behalf of the State Head, driving staff to generate leads for PMS.

5. Actively participate in selling PMS products to prospective clients, utilizing leads generated by branch staff.

Requirements

• 15 years plus experience in capital market
  
• Experience and knowledge in PMS/AIF related products
  
• Handled channel management/ branches/ large number of employees
  
• Ability to sell to HNI clients and train employees
  
• Communication skill is Mandatory
