Key Objective of this Role:
· Identify
and pursue new business opportunities in the Partial Truck Load (PTL) segment
within target markets.
· Develop
and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics
needs and offer tailored 3PL solutions.
· Collaborate
with operations and pricing teams to create competitive proposals and pricing
strategies.
· Analyze
market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to refine business
development strategies.
· Drive
revenue growth by converting leads into long -term contracts and increasing
wallet share from existing customers.
· Coordinate
with the supply chain and transport teams to ensure service delivery aligns
with client expectations.
· Prepare
and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective
clients.
· Track
and report key sales metrics, forecasts, and business development performance
regularly.
· Attend
industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the
company’s PTL client base.
· Ensure
compliance with company policies and industry regulations while negotiating and
finalizing contracts.
Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge of PTL operations and 3PL
logistics industry
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Proven ability in client relationship management
and sales
· Analytical thinking and market research
capabilities
· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
applications
· Excellent
communication and coordination abilities
· MS Excel & MS
Word and E Mail Communication Skills
· Language skills:
Hindi & English
