Job Title: Business Development Manager – Real Estate
Advisory

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically sound Business Development
Manager with experience in the Real Estate Advisory/Consultancy industry. The
ideal candidate should have a strong network within the real estate ecosystem
and the ability to identify business opportunities, build client relationships,
and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate
  new business opportunities and acquire clients across the real estate
  sector.
  
• Build
  relationships with developers, investors, architects, consultants,
  contractors, and corporate clients.
  
• Promote
  the firm's advisory services, including Project Management Consultancy
  (PMC), Technical Due Diligence (TDD), Cost Management, Design Management,
  Development Management, and Project Monitoring.
  
• Prepare
  proposals, participate in client presentations, and negotiate commercial
  terms.
  
• Coordinate
  with technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
  
• Achieve
  business development and revenue targets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's
  degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (MBA preferred).
  
• 6–10
  years of business development experience in a Real Estate Advisory, PMC,
  Engineering Consultancy, Architecture, or Cost Consultancy firm.
  
• Strong
  understanding of the real estate and construction industry.
  
• Excellent
  networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  
• Existing
  relationships with developers, consultants, and institutional clients will
  be an added advantage.
