We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive with proven experience in US sales, specifically in Salesforce project/services sales. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to IT services selling, lead generation, and closing deals with US clients.
In -office: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Work from Home: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Identify, qualify, and close Salesforce project opportunities in the US market
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with US -based clients and stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with pre -sales and delivery teams for proposals, estimations, and presentations
Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Stay updated on Salesforce offerings, market trends, and competitor activities
3–5 years of experience in US IT sales / Salesforce services sales
Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Proven track record of selling Salesforce implementation, customization, and support projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working with US time zones and US clients
Hands -on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Self -motivated, target -driven, and comfortable working in evening/night shifts
Experience selling other CRM or cloud -based solutions
Exposure to proposal writing, RFPs, and RFQs
Existing US client network or strong prospect database
