Job Description - Business Development Manager - Vertoz

What we want:
We are seeking a
dynamic and results -driven Sales & Client Servicing Executive with 1 -5
years of experience in out -of -home (OOH) advertising. The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep
understanding of the OOH advertising landscape.

What will you do:
• Sales
Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective
sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in
the OOH advertising sector.
• Client
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new
business opportunities.
• Market
Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends,
competitive landscape, and client needs, adjusting strategies as
necessary.
• Sales
Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales
presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our OOH
advertising solutions.
 Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop impactful
advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
 Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior
management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
 Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability
while maintaining competitive rates.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related
discipline
• 1 -5 years of sales experience in out -of -home advertising or a related
field.
• Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven
ability to lead and motivate sales in ooh.
• Excellent
negotiation and closing skills.
• Analytical
mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales
analytics tools
