Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer -focused Business Development Managers (Field Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a track record of exceeding targets. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, engaging with customers, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
â Engage with potential customers within the B2B segment by conducting 7–10 cold visits every day
â Educate customers about our products/services and demonstrate their benefits
â Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
â Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs regularly

â Customer Engagement: Ability to influence and connect with potential customers

Qualifications & Experience:
â Education: Minimum graduate -level education required
â Experience: At least 3–5 years of field sales experience
â Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
â Motivation: Self -driven, energetic, and goal -focused
â Teamwork: Capable of working independently and as part of a team
