1. Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities using various channels, including inside sales, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct research to target potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
2. Qualification:
- Engage with prospects to assess their interest and qualify them as potential valuable clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
3. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects to comprehend their business needs and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing information on our products and services.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales and marketing teams to devise and execute targeted strategies for lead generation.
- Offer valuable feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
5. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
