Job Description - Business Development Representative

Are you a proactive and results -driven individual with a passion for driving business growth? Do you possess excellent communication skills and do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment?


If so, we believe you could be the ideal candidate for the Business Development Representative, - District360 (BDR - D360) position at CUBE84.


In this gig,


You'll be at the forefront of our company's growth, contributing to lead generation, relationship building, and collaboration with our sales and marketing teams. Here's a closer look at what you'll do:


1. Lead Generation:

    - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities using various channels, including inside sales, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

    - Conduct research to target potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points.


2. Qualification:

    - Engage with prospects to assess their interest and qualify them as potential valuable clients.

    - Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.


3. Relationship Building:

    - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects to comprehend their business needs and challenges.

    - Act as a trusted advisor, providing information on our products and services.


4. Collaboration:

    - Work closely with the Sales and marketing teams to devise and execute targeted strategies for lead generation.

    - Offer valuable feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.


5. Reporting:

    - Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of all interactions in the CRM system.

    - Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.



Requirements

- Have proven experience in a similar sales development or sales role, preferably in the IT industry.

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Are goal -oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

- Are familiar with CRM softwares and sales processes.
