As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across assigned regions and industries. This is an individual contributor role and a key entry point into Infobip’s commercial organization, designed to prepare you for future growth into Mid-Market or Tier 1 customer-facing roles.

What you’ll do

• Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts, industries, and regions
• Engage prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital outreach channels
• Research accounts, stakeholders, and buying personas to identify opportunities
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives
• Collaborate with Regional Sales and Customer Facing teams on pipeline initiatives
• Maintain and execute outreach sequences using approved tools and methodologies
• Use prospecting and research tools to enrich and validate account data
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and outreach platforms
• Follow qualification standards and outreach best practices to ensure pipeline quality
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve research, outreach, and productivity
• Continuously learn Infobip products, solutions, and customer use cases
