Role Overview

Your Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)

As a Business Development Representative, you will be
responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with
decision -makers, and building a strong sales pipeline for our consulting team.

This is a target -driven front -end sales role focused on
prospecting, outreach, relationship building, and opportunity creation. You
will work closely with Account Executives, Consulting Leaders, and Sales
Managers to accelerate revenue growth.

You will contribute by identifying new business
opportunities, nurturing prospects, and positioning Tsaaro as a trusted privacy
and cybersecurity consulting partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across
industries requiring privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance consulting
services.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach,
and networking.

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, and
decision -making authority.

• Schedule discovery meetings and consultations for the consulting sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead, account, and opportunity
data.

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision -makers.
• Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to align outreach campaigns
with business priorities.

• Track outreach activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting
targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends in data privacy, cybersecurity, and
compliance to effectively position Tsaaro’s services.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management,
or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, or Lead
Generation roles (B2B preferred).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or
similar).

• Understanding of B2B sales processes and consultative selling approach.
• Ability to handle objections and initiate conversations confidently.
• Strong research and prospecting capabilities.
• Self -driven mindset with a target -oriented approach

Additional / Preferred Skills
• Experience selling consulting or professional services.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sales engagement tools.
• Exposure to privacy, cybersecurity, or compliance industries.
• Basic understanding of pipeline metrics and sales KPIs
