Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and curious Business Development Representative who can identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands -on exposure to SaaS and developer -focused products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, and inbound calling
Reach out to prospects and initiate conversations with decision -makers
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate data
Work closely with marketing and sales to improve outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets
Requirements
3 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
Basic understanding of SaaS or willingness to learn
Self -driven with a proactive approach to problem -solving
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, or sales tools is a plus
Good to Have
Experience selling to developers or tech audiences
Exposure to B2B SaaS sales
Understanding of APIs, WebRTC, or real -time communication products
