Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you will
play a key role in supporting the Business Development team by identifying and
collecting relevant point-of-contact (POC) information from target lists. This
role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work
with structured processes while researching using LinkedIn, websites, and other
online tools.
Responsibilities
• Use predefined target lists to identify relevant
decision-makers across companies.
• Conduct structured research through LinkedIn, company websites, directories,
and platforms like Apollo or Lusha.
• Maintain and update data trackers using Excel or Google Sheets with a focus
on accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure that all key contact information—such as job titles, company names,
and emails—is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team to prioritize research and
verify findings.
• Deliver daily and weekly reports based on defined productivity metrics.
• Build an understanding of different organizational structures and contact
types relevant to outreach.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure high quality when handling sensitive
data.
• Strong internet research skills and familiarity
with LinkedIn.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and maintaining consistency.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to meet task deadlines.
• Interest in the media, advertising, or digital industry.
