Job Description - Business Development Specialist

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 3-4 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 years

Location: Coimbatore

JobType: full-time

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to enhance institutional outreach by fostering and maintaining partnerships with schools and colleges to advocate for professional degree programs like ACCA, CMA, and various other global qualifications. This role emphasizes the planning and coordination of orientation programs, workshops, and seminars while effectively conveying value propositions to academic stakeholders. You will serve as a vital link between institutions and internal teams, contributing to the expansion of reach, awareness, and enrollment through effective relationship management and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard educational institutions such as schools and colleges for collaborative initiatives.
  • Arrange and coordinate orientation sessions, seminars, and workshops in partnership with academic institutions.
  • Clearly and persuasively present program offerings to students, faculty, and administrative staff.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within institutions.
  • Monitor outreach activities, follow-up actions, and results to ensure steady growth of the pipeline.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to synchronize outreach strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Enhance enrollment growth through focused institutional engagement initiatives.
