What you will do:
•Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients
•Conduct regular client meetings (both virtual and in -person)
•Handle field visits for client servicing and business development
•Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
•Identify opportunities for upselling and cross -selling
•Maintain regular follow -ups and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
•Experience in client -facing roles or field sales will be an added advantage
•1–3 years of experience in Business Development
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work
•Good negotiation and relationship -building abilities
•Basic understanding of sales and client servicing processes
•Self -motivated and target -oriented
