Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive end-to-end ownership of a key business unit. This role will be responsible for defining strategy, delivering sustainable growth, and ensuring operational excellence across functions.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with execution excellence and has experience scaling businesses in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Growth

• Define and drive the overall business strategy aligned with organizational goals

• Identify growth opportunities across markets, channels, and customer segments

• Lead expansion initiatives and new business opportunities

2. P&L Ownership

• Own and deliver revenue, profitability, and cost targets

• Drive margin improvement and optimize overall business performance

• Monitor key financial and operational metrics to ensure business health

3. Cross-functional Leadership

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, supply chain, retail, and operations teams

• Ensure alignment across functions to deliver business outcomes

• Drive seamless execution of key initiatives

4. Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure efficiency across processes

• Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity and scalability

• Ensure strong governance and execution rigor

5. Customer & Market Focus

• Leverage customer insights, market trends, and competitive benchmarking

• Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and engagement

• Ensure the business remains relevant and differentiated

6. Team Leadership

• Build and lead high-performing teams

• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance

• Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization

Key Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in business management, category leadership, or general management roles

• Strong experience in P&L ownership and driving business growth

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer businesses preferred
