Our Business Head will spearhead growth across retail and institutional segments, redefining how wealth creation and financial access are delivered at scale. Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for broking & distribution verticals, driving client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across geographies.


• Lead P&L ownership for the business unit—set revenue targets, optimize cost structures, and deliver scalable profitability.


• Build and manage high-performance teams across sales, operations, and channel partnerships, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.


• Forge strategic alliances with banks, fintechs, and advisory networks to expand distribution footprint and deepen client penetration.


• Monitor regulatory and market shifts, adapting product offerings and compliance frameworks to ensure business continuity and competitive edge.


• Report directly to the CEO and board with actionable insights, KPIs, and roadmap execution across sales, tech enablement, and client experience.
