Business Head - Global Access Programme

Job Summary:

• Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Global Access Program, aligning it with the company's long-term business and social responsibility goals.
  




• Develop partnerships with international NGOs, institutions, and global healthcare organizations.
  




• Lead business development initiatives to expand global access footprint.
  




• Design, launch, and manage patient access mechanisms, such as patient support programs, compassionate use programs, and managed access programs.
  




• Drive operational excellence to ensure flawless and compliant execution of all access programs globally
  




• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including payers, governments, NGOs, distributors, and patient advocacy groups
  




• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team responsible for the execution of global access programs.
  




• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, licensing, and import/export requirements.
  




• Oversee financial planning, pricing models, and sustainable program growth.
  




• Collaborate with supply chain, commercial, and regulatory teams for effective execution.
  

Requirements

Qualifications and skills

• Master’s degree in Business, Public Health, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA/MPH preferred).
  

• 12+ years of experience in pharma with 5+ years in access or emerging markets leadership.
  




• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, global healthcare access, or pharmaceutical distribution.
