Job Description - Business Head - Home Textiles

We are looking for a visionary Business Head to lead and scale a Karur -based Home Textiles business with full ownership of P&L, EBITDA, and strategic growth.

This is a high -impact leadership role for someone who can drive profitability, global expansion, and operational excellence in a competitive textile market ?

Key Responsibilities:

â Own end -to -end business operations & P&L performance

â Drive revenue growth, EBITDA & margin improvement

â Lead domestic & international market expansion

â Strengthen customer relationships & global client base

â Drive product innovation & high -value product mix

â Optimize sourcing, supply chain & cost efficiency

â Ensure operational excellence, productivity & quality

â Lead technology adoption & process transformation

â Build and mentor high -performing leadership teams

Requirements

Strong experience in Home Textiles / Karur Textile Industry

Proven expertise in P&L Management & EBITDA growth

Deep knowledge of global textile markets & exports

Expertise in sourcing, supply chain & vendor management

Strong business strategy & market expansion skills

Leadership experience managing large teams

Excellent negotiation, communication & decision -making skills

Preferred Profile:

15+ years experience in home textiles / textile exports
Proven track record in scaling business & profitability
Experience handling domestic + international markets
