The Role:

Business HR Specialist – that's a role that's as dynamic as it is crucial in any organization. Picture someone who's not just a part of the HR department but also deeply intertwined with the business side of things. It's like being a bridge between two islands, connecting the human aspect of a company with its business objectives. You're not just managing HR; you're integrating it into the very fabric of our business strategy. Your role is pivotal in shaping our workforce to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Align HR strategies with business objectives. Play a key role in workforce planning and talent development.

  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance metrics that support business goals. Coach leaders and ensure a high-performance (KPI / KRA) culture.

  • Employee Relations: Act as an advocate for employee needs. Foster a positive work environment and maintain high levels of employee engagement.

  • Change Management: Lead and manage organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  1. Organizational Skills: Efficient task and project management with attention to deadlines.
  • Cultural Stewardship: Uphold and nurture the company's values and ethics through various HR initiatives.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Strategic Role

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Process Management

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR Tools and CRM software & ability to learn new technologies.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Counseling, International Relations). Proven experience in counseling or advising students in an educational setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with study abroad programs, universities, and visa procedures. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Utilize CRM or AI tools and other business software to update and manage business, track progress, and generate reports.
