1. Job Description 
Strategic Leadership - Overseeing daily operations not only in the Sourcing & Merchandising, QAQC Department. - Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance profitability and efficiency; - Develop and execute INO’s business strategy aligned with global objectives, focusing on 
market penetration, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. - Be responsible for strategies and decisions for specific accounts. - P&L and goals setting of INO’s business. - Customer relationship development including vendor and business management. - Responsibility Sourcing and developing in assigned Market. - Operational decision making, leading change, financial acumen, coaching and developing 
talents. - Maintaining quality assurance and customer satisfaction; - Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers and suppliers; - Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team; - Strategic thinking, enhance customer relationship and multiple culture management - Monitor the team's key performance indicator achievements. Conduct regular reviews to 
provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement 
2. Job Requirement - 15+ years of experience for sourcing & international trading company to export for US   
Market, Product development, vendor and account management with at least 5+ years of 
experience at same role for Trading/Agency company with good records. - Education required: University graduated or above, also familiar with export operation. - Commitment and dedicate in job, be able to travel on business trip (local & international) - Fluent in English (speaking, writing, listening and reading), could speak Chinese is a plus - Main categories are hardline, furniture, household, storage, Lighting Fixture/Bulb, 
Plumbing,  hardware, electrical Seasonal decorative, etc. - Good communication skills possess team group co-operation and higher sense of 
responsibility Being team player, energetic, well organized, and able to work under pressure 
and participate in challenging duty.
