Job Description - Business Manager

Job Description

Scope

  • Collect and Manage spending requests within the company tool, maintaining full control and monitoring of actual spending against budget
  • Ensure an efficient information flow between the own division and other areas (i.e. Finance, Vendor mgmt.)



Your key tasks

  • Perform internal and/or external reporting
  • Support cost management
  • Manage the external capacity
  • Manage third-party contracts

Qualifications

  • The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including the ability to use formulas, functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF), pivot tables, and data validation tools. While expertise in advanced features like macros or VBA is not required, the candidate must be comfortable using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and everyday business tasks
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Communication
  • Basic understanding on finance and IT
  • English proficient
  • We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and works well across teams building positive working relationships
