Job Description - Business Manager ( Matrimony Services )
Leading sales teams across India to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets by promoting best practices, tools and techniques for exceptional sales performance for Dhakad Matrimony services. - Aim for both topline and bottom-line growth and improve productivity per person - Development of sales metrics and reporting capabilities that support productive, focused sales management discussions and activities - Monitoring and managing a team of sales executives and driving productivity. - Segregating and assigning leads to all the team members - Ensuring that the executives meet the daily/weekly/monthly targets and sending reports to the manager on regular basis - Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, driving metrics around individual performance, attrition, quality, number of calls, Meetings, Prospects being generated by the team, ensure 100% accuracy on reports and projections - Constantly motivating executives driving them towards achieving incentives and controlling attrition - Develop good and cooperative working relationships with Vendor and maintaining them over a period of time - Ensure best practices in the sales process - Lead the client servicing team also to ensure high renewal rates - Ability to meticulously generate and manage pipeline and conversions - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing promoting and selling services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control - Detailed report on weekly achievement Vis-a-Vis the targets Skill and Competencies: - Excellent leadership and team handling skills - Strong analytical skills - High passion, service orientation and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Excellent people management skills - A Go Getter, Ready reckoner - Corporate/ High Value Sales - Strong business acumen in B2B selling market - Proven track record of handling team and sales performance - Willing to travel extensively - Pleasing personality to provide personalized services to high net worth individuals - Results oriented and driven to succeed with the ability to attract individuals with similar characteristics - Dynamic and with a true entrepreneurial spirit and passion for a fast-paced, growing environment
