We are seeking a dynamic and detail -oriented Business Operations Associate to support our business development and sales teams. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operational execution across CRM management, lead tracking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast -paced, cross -functional environment.
Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
Customize and configure CRM workflows, fields, and automation; develop scripts or code for deeper customizations when required.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
Train team members on CRM best practices and ensure consistent adoption across departments.
Create, analyze, and present reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support decision -making.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage integrations between CRM and other business tools (e.g., marketing automation, analytics platforms).
MBA from a recognized institution.
1–2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, workflow automation, and Salesforce development (preferred).
Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred), or experience with HubSpot/Zoho CRM.
Strong command of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
