About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and result -oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline end -to -end operations for our corporate gifting business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, order fulfillment, logistics, client delivery timelines, and team performance to ensure seamless execution of corporate gifting projects.

This role requires a proactive leader who can drive operational excellence while ensuring exceptional client service and timely project execution in a fast -paced corporate gifting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day -to -day operational activities and ensure smooth business operations.
  
• Lead and supervise the operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, design, production, and logistics teams for timely project execution.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  
• Ensure timely procurement of products and materials as per project requirements.
  
• Track order processing, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
  
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  
• Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance metrics for management review.
  
• Handle escalation management and resolve operational challenges effectively.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client requirements.
  
• Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization efficiently.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  
• MBA will be an added advantage.
