We are expanding at a very fast pace and are putting together a rockstar team to build one of India’s largest health management companies.

The primary duties of this position will be to comprehend the strategic product plan and specify in-depth product requirements to formulate the product strategy’s goals. This person will collaborate with team members across all organizational disciplines to drive product planning and manage the rollout of both new and existing products. The position will be in charge of managing the assigned product line’s lifecycle and making sure that product deadlines are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise & maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance & all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
• Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
• Monitor data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
• Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Or Any other equivalent Courses.
• Good knowledge of operations management with a minimum of 2+ years of experience preferably in Healthcare industry
• Experience with forecasting models & interpret data
• Experience with databases and project management software
• Exceptional communication skills
