Job Description

This is a role responsible for supporting Operations of differentiated & innovative digital software products launched by TVS Digital in the Automotive & Financial Services Technologies Domain. This role is responsible for supporting the Sales Operations and Customer Operations (Contract Management, Invoicing, Collections and Customer Support). The Business Operations Role works closely with the product heads, engineering heads, finance, customers & partners to achieve the objectives. This position will be based in India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline & revenue tracker to enable timely decisions that ensures achievement of sufficient pipeline to achieve the revenue goal
  • Generate pipeline & revenue reports for executive briefing and financial reporting
  • Publishing monthly business report & other ad-hoc presentation for executive briefings

Customer Operations:

  • Support drafting of customer and partner contracts (NDAs, new contracts & amendments). Obtain formal approvals & signoffs on them by complying to the governance process
  • Support Finance Operations by invoicing customers accurately as per the customer contracts
  • Closely work with customers & TVSD finance to ensure on-time payments against invoices, ensuring there is no outstanding collections over 45 days
  • Support customer support operations closely working with TVSD team & support partners to meet customer contractual SLAs and continually improve the support to make timely, responsive and efficient - driving a high customer satisfaction

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Master's degree with 6 years’ work experience, with at least 4 years in strategy & operations roles at a SaaS startup or software company
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales model, financial management & customer support operations
  • Attention to details - savvy with numbers and office tools (PowerPoint, excel etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, customer facing and internal stakeholders. Ability to communicate with C-level
  • Team player - ability to work with multiple stakeholders spread across different locations
  • Ability to work independently
