We are seeking a Business Process Manager with over 10 years of experience in business consulting, project management, and the US healthcare domain. Ideal candidates will bring a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management abilities, and hands-on expertise in driving business transformation initiatives within the healthcare space.

This role is suited for professionals with a consulting background—preferably from top-tier firms or with US industry exposure—who can work independently, think on their feet, and lead initiatives from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business consulting and transformation engagements in the US healthcare space.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define business processes, gather requirements, and develop innovative solutions.
• Drive presales initiatives including proposal creation, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations for US-based clients.
• Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and business impact.
• Provide leadership and strategic insights in business analysis, performance improvement, and operations optimization.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to client growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business consulting, project management, and the US healthcare domain.
• Background in business analysis, presales (especially for US clients), and management consulting.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and independently lead strategic conversations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• MBA from Tier I/II institutions (IIMs or equivalent) preferred.
• Prior experience working with or for US healthcare providers, payers, or consulting firms is essential.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
