Business Solution Architect

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Engineer with 10–12 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics. The candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling, with experience building scalable dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Azure analytics services will be an added advantage. This JD aligns with internal BI platform and reporting capabilities documented for Power BI and Fabric environments. 

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Report Development

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.


• Translate business requirements into impactful visualizations and KPIs.


• Create executive, operational, and analytical reporting solutions.


• Develop drill-through, drill-down, and self-service BI capabilities. 

Data Modeling & Transformation

• Build scalable star and snowflake schema data models.


• Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs.


• Perform data transformation using Power Query (M Language).


• Integrate data from SQL databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and flat files. 

Power BI Administration

• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, datasets, gateways, and refresh schedules.


• Implement row-level security (RLS) and governance standards.


• Monitor report performance and optimize dataset refreshes.


• Support deployment pipelines and release management. 

Analytics & Business Insights

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.


• Deliver actionable insights through data storytelling and visualization best practices.


• Perform data validation and quality assurance across reporting solutions.
