Qure.ai’s Life Sciences vertical is scaling fast, and we are building out the Office of the Life Sciences Head to make sure our biggest goals get delivered. You will work across project management, strategic research, lead generation and analytics, helping the team prioritise and stay on track — running review cadences, turning platform data into actionable insights, and identifying whitespace opportunities. This is a high-ownership role for someone keen to learn the life sciences business from the inside and comfortable working at pace.

• Track vertical’s annual goals month-on-month; own the trackers, prepare agendas and minutes, and drive the weekly review cadence so the team stays on track
  
• Research and map senior decision-makers across top pharma and MedTech companies 
  
• Consolidate and analyse data across Qure’s platforms into clean, decision-ready Excel views, and translate it into actionable insights for the team.
  
• Conduct market and industry research to identify whitespace opportunities and emerging trends across the pharma and medical device landscape.
  
• Create high-quality decks, proposals and materials that communicate Qure.ai’s capabilities and partnership value.
  

In the first 6–12 months, you will:

• Ensure cadences run smoothly - meetings are well-prepped with clear trackers, agendas and action items, and the team has an accurate month-on-month view of goal metrics.
  
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks across teams using AI, improving turnaround time on decks, one-pagers and proposals.
  
• Evidence and study data are consolidated into clear Excel views, with actionable insights highlighted to the teams
  
• Successfully identify at least 1 white space opportunity and emerging trends every month. Be up to date with competitor activities and industry developments 
  
• Support building an up-to-date lead-generation database of mapped decision-makers across priority pharma and MedTech accounts.
  

• 1–3 years of experience in business, consulting, analytics, healthcare
  
• Genuine interest in healthcare, preferably demonstrated through work experience.
  
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  
• Strong, proven data analysis skills in Excel
  
• Ability to create high-quality decks and materials
