Business Support Associate Data & Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Associate – Data & Operations to join our Business Support Services (BSS) team. The role involves data auditing, validation, quality checks, and operational support while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

What to expect in your journey

• Perform data auditing, validation, and quality checks as per defined processes.
  
• Maintain and update information in business applications and CMMS.
  
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of assigned activities.
  
• Manage multiple priorities and work effectively within defined timelines.
  
• Identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues as required.
  
• Work across multiple tools, applications, and windows efficiently.
  
• Adapt to changing processes and business requirements while maintaining quality standards.
  

What you bring to the table

• 1+ year of experience in data auditing, data management, business support, operations, or a similar role.
  
• Graduate in any stream.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
  
• Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  
• Good comprehension, communication, and typing skills.
  
• Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  

Technically sound in

• MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  
• Data entry, data validation, and quality checking.
  
• Working with multiple tools, applications, and windows.
  
• Experience with CMMS or similar business systems is desirable.
  

• US shifts starting at 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM IST, and in rotational shifts if required
