Business System Manager - [Backdoor Hiring]

• Business development, sales strategy, resource management, demonstrations, execution planning, and strategic agreement negotiations within targeted pursuits
  
• Internal CRM system
  
• Manage daily administration and performance and delivery of an enterprise -level system
  
• Participate in Requirement Analysis and Design discussions with client stakeholders
  
• Assist in creating testing artifacts to support USMS functionality
  
• Execute test scripts supporting USMS functionality
  
• Report to key stakeholders and executive sponsors on program status and progress including financial reconciliation
  
• Successfully lead the delivery of projects utilizing non direct reports
  
• Develops, reviews
  
• Develop a plan for growth
  

Requirements

• Team player, who is nonetheless able to work with little supervision
  
• Provide direct supervision to a team of Business Systems Analyst
  
• Demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  
• Participation in partner strategy development and management
  
• 7+ years Credit Card/Loans/Retail Experience(+ Points)
  
• Strong proven project management experience and skills
