1. Functional & Process Expertise
Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle: Quote → Order → Pricing → Fulfillment → Billing → Revenue → Cash
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud modules: Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, AR, Revenue Management
Understanding of CRM/CPQ integration and downstream financial processes
Ability to design scalable and flexible business processes
2. Oracle Cloud & Configuration
Hands-on configuration in:
Order Management (order orchestration, fulfillment, holds, change management)
Pricing Cloud (price lists, modifiers, discounting, pricing strategies)
Subscription Management (billing cycles, renewals, amendments – if applicable)
Product Information Management (PIM) (item models, hierarchies)
Experience in inventory, shipping, and fulfillment integrations
3. Integration & Data Management
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Hands-on with FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs
Integration across CRM, CPQ, Order Management, AR, and external systems
Data migration, validation, and reconciliation experience
4. Reporting & Analytics
Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
Ability to build dashboards and generate operational insights
Strong SQL/data analysis skills
5. Delivery & Execution
Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
Lead UAT, testing cycles, and defect management
Manage enhancements, production issues, and continuous improvements
Work closely with IT development teams to ensure timely delivery
6. Additional Skills
Exposure to security, compliance, and role-based access controls
Knowledge of Install Base, Service Contracts, and AR processes
Experience in integration testing tools (e.g., Postman)
