Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business and client requirements into technical solution briefs
  
• Work closely with product and engineering teams for solution alignment
  
• Manage end -to -end delivery coordination for client -facing projects
  
• Drive prioritization discussions between business and engineering teams
  
• Identify scalable AI use cases across workforce analytics, automation, and decision intelligence
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
  
• Support AI roadmap initiatives aligned with business goals
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in technology solutioning and client -facing roles
  
• Good understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and business applications
  
• Expertise in stakeholder management and delivery coordination
  
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project delivery processes
  
• Exposure to AI/ML -driven enterprise solutions
  
• Strong communication and problem -solving skills
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in HR Tech or B2B SaaS environments
  
• Knowledge of workforce analytics, automation, and AI -based workflows
  
• Experience working with distributed technical teams
