Job Description - Business Tech & AI Lead

Business Tech & AI Lead

Location: Bangalore Preferred

Experience: 8–12 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Tech & AI Lead who can bridge business requirements with technical execution. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise solutioning, stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and AI -driven business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business and client requirements into technical solution briefs
Work closely with product and engineering teams for solution alignment
Manage end -to -end delivery coordination for client -facing projects
Drive prioritization discussions between business and engineering teams
Identify scalable AI use cases across workforce analytics, automation, and decision intelligence
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
Support AI roadmap initiatives aligned with business goals

Requirements

Required Skills:

Strong experience in technology solutioning and client -facing roles
Good understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and business applications
Expertise in stakeholder management and delivery coordination
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project delivery processes
Exposure to AI/ML -driven enterprise solutions
Strong communication and problem -solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in HR Tech or B2B SaaS environments
Knowledge of workforce analytics, automation, and AI -based workflows
Experience working with distributed technical teams

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
