Hiring: Business Transformation Consultant – Finance Transformation

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1+ Years

We are looking for a Business Transformation Consultant with experience in Polaris Development and Tagetik to join an IBM project in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Polaris EPM development activities

Work with dimensional modeling, forms, and hierarchies

Perform data loads, validations, and simple calculations

Assist with basic security setup and administration

Support testing, defect fixing, and documentation activities

Handle day -to -day system administration and user support

Required Skills:

â Strong Polaris Development skills

â Knowledge of Tagetik

â Understanding of Polaris EPM modules

â Experience with dimensional modeling, forms, and hierarchies

â Hands -on experience with data loads and validations

â Exposure to testing and defect resolution activities
