Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Industry know how-
  
  
  
  •  Knowledge of raw material rates, standards and trend across rubber industries
  
  
  • Industry study, Product study, Technologies and Trends, Spend analysis, Design and cost drivers, M&M Business needs, Strategy Options, Strategy recommendations and approval
  
  
  
  


• Cost Management –
  
  
  
  • Knowledge of Rubber costing and technical details about the same
  
  
  • Negotiation, alternate sourcing, localization, VAVE
  
  
  • Should be able to cost the product based on drawing.
  
  
  
  


• Capacity Management - Detailed capacity analysis, Gap analysis and action planning and effective execution


• Supplier Management -Onsite supplier assessments, identification of Gaps, action planning and monitoring


• Adherence to Statutory requirement for Audit


• Timely RM Settlement(Quarterly/Half-yearly)

Education Qualification

B.Tech, Chemicals Engineers or equivalent degree .

General Experience

3 to 6 yrs experience
