BW4/HANA_Native HANA

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Lead with
deep expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Native HANA to
drive enterprise analytics, data transformation, and cross‑platform reporting
solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP functional/domain
knowledge, the ability to lead requirement discussions, and the capability to
convert SAP data into meaningful business insights across SAP and Azure Data
Lake environments. Exposure to BDC (Business Data Consolidation) is
a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of
  analytics solutions using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP
  Native HANA.
  
• Architect scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and
  reporting structures aligned with business requirements.
  
• Drive requirement‑gathering sessions with business
  stakeholders and convert them into actionable solution designs.
  
• Develop high‑quality FSD (Functional
  Specification Documents), FMD (Functional Mapping Documents),
  and TSD (Technical Specification Documents).
  
• Lead new solution initiatives by transforming SAP data
  into business‑ready analytics solutions across SAP and Azure Data
  Lake environments.
  
• Collaborate with business teams across OTC,
  FTS, RTR, and MTD to understand process needs and deliver
  integrated analytics capabilities.
  
• Connect closely with business stakeholders to
  understand priorities, validate requirements, and ensure alignment
  throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  
• Drive and coordinate work across SAP BW, SAP
  HANA, and Azure Data Lake technical teams to ensure
  cohesive end‑to‑end solution delivery.
  
• Manage business communications, expectations, and
  estimations for analytics initiatives.
  
• Optimize HANA views, SQL logic, and performance for
  large‑volume datasets.
  
• Validate data flows from SAP S/4 and other systems,
  ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting layers.
  
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and
  enforce best practices across the analytics team.
  
• Support project planning, estimation, and delivery of
  analytics initiatives.
  
• Utilize BDC exposure (if applicable) to support data
  consolidation and harmonization efforts.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Primary Skills:
  
• Strong hands‑on experience
  with SAP BW/4HANA modeling, architecture, and
  development
  
• Expertise in SAP
  Native HANA (SQL, Calculation Views, performance tuning)
  
• Strong functional and domain knowledge across SAP
  business processes (OTC, FTS, RTR, MTD).
  
• Proven ability to lead requirement workshops and
  convert business needs into structured design documents (FSD, FMD, TSD).
  
• Experience designing analytics solutions that integrate
  SAP data with cloud platforms such as Azure Data Lake.
  
• Ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams (BW,
  HANA, Azure) and ensure cohesive solution delivery.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills,
  including estimation and business alignment.
  
• Experience leading analytics projects or teams in a
  global or multi‑site environment.
