Perform trouble shooting and customer support Develop competence in technical domain To be successful in the role, you must have 7 - 10 years of overall IMS design experience with a minimum of 2 years on a virtualized telecom carrier grade product MUST HAVE strong knowledge of IMS nodes, SIP, MEGACO and Diameter protocols Good knowledge of IMS architecture, 3GPP, GSMAVoLTE specifications Strong experience in breakdown of customer requirements into user-story based team backlog Comfortable with OOPS / Design Patterns / STL on Linux Excellent programming skills in C++ on Linux based platforms Knowledge in cloud native and microservices architectures, familiarity with Kubernetes PaaS or serverless services Hands-on experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Helm and knowledge of modern DevOps practices, workflows, and tools Creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting / debugging skills Solid understanding of Python / PERL or any scripting language Should technically lead an Agile cross functional team Sufficient multi-functional skills to understand and develop / modify automated test cases Solid work ethic, customer focus, team player with passion for delivering world class solutions.
