CA- Finance & accounting

Key Areas:

· Preparation of accounts with Balance Sheet at Old GAAP, INDAS and banking format

· Preparation of P&L on a monthly basis

· Preparation of MIS Reports for the management

· Regular follow up with Regional Finance Managers on monthly reports

· Variance and expense analysis

· Evaluation of Income & Expenses.

· Comparison of Actual Results with Budget numbers and Variance analysis.

· Liaise with External as well as Internal Auditors.

· Maintaining records pertaining to audit.

· Stakeholder management

· Sharing reports with holding and jv group

Qualification Required: CA

Preferable Female canddiates

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Monthly Closing of Accounts.

· MIS 

· Quarterly Audit under SEBI  & INDAS.
