Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the financial and operational functions of mall and hotel operations. The ideal candidate will drive profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize operational efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and profitability.
  
• Oversee mall and hotel operations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory, financial, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Lead vendor negotiations and manage key business partnerships.
  
• Conduct audits, identify operational risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  
• Analyze financial and operational performance to support strategic decisions.
  
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve occupancy and footfall.
  
• Prepare MIS, financial reports, and presentations for management.
  
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
  

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with B.Com (Hons.).
  
• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Operations.
  
• Strong expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, compliance, and risk management.
  
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
