Job Description - CA semi qualified

Qualifications : Semi Qualified CA

Experience: 2 -5 years

Preference - Candidate must have an experience in Investment Banking.

Salary : Upto 4 -7 LPA

Working days - 6

Working hours - 10 am to 7:30 pm

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Candidate should have good exposure of corporate and statutory compliances.

Candidate must be from Investment Banking Profile advising clients on raising capital through activities like mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPOs), debt issuance, and other financial transactions, by conducting thorough financial analysis, creating complex financial models, and managing deal execution from origination to closing, while building strong relationships with clients and investors to identify potential opportunities and navigate market trends and other relevant skills.

Candidate should have good communication skills.
