Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew ( Freshers ). As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers on board our flights. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive flying experience for our passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers on board - Conduct safety demonstrations and provide safety instructions - Ensure the cabin is clean and tidy - Assist passengers with their luggage and seating arrangements - Serve food and beverages to passengers - Respond to passenger inquiries and complaints - Monitor the cabin for any safety hazards or issues - Work closely with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight - Adhere to all safety and security procedures - Handle any emergency situations that may arise Requirements: - Minimum 18 years of age - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus If you have a passion for travel and enjoy working with people, we would love to have you on our team!
