Cabin Crew Trainer-cum-Admission Counselor (Indore/Delhi)

Job Brief: DFly International is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Cabin Crew Trainer-cum-Admission Counselor. This dual role involves conducting training sessions for aspiring cabin crew members while also assisting prospective students with the admissions process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to mentor and guide future cabin crew professionals.


Responsibilities:
Cabin Crew Training:
1. Develop and deliver engaging training sessions covering various aspects of cabin crew duties, including safety procedures, customer service, and emergency protocols.
2. Utilize innovative teaching methods to ensure that students grasp concepts effectively and are well-prepared for real-world scenarios.
3. Conduct practical demonstrations and simulations to enhance learning and skill development.
4. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their performance and confidence.

Admission Counselor:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in enrolling in our cabin crew training programs.
2. Guide applicants through the admissions process, including providing information about program requirements, application procedures, and deadlines.
3. Conduct informational sessions and campus tours to showcase our facilities and offerings to prospective students and their families.
4. Assist with the completion of application forms, documentation, and other necessary paperwork.
5. Build strong relationships with potential students and address any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding the program or their career prospects in the aviation industry.

Skills Required:
1. Previous experience working as a cabin crew member or in a similar role within the aviation industry is highly desirable.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting training sessions and facilitating group discussions.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
