CAE Engineer Simulation/Multiphysics

Job Description\n\nSenior Engineer / Lead Engineer \u2013 to guide the product design \u0026 process using optimization on CFD/Spray/Chemical/Structural/Thermal domain\n\nPerform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).\n\nConduct virtual testing using tools like CFD-ACE+ modules, ANSYS, MATLAB, Simulink.\n\nAnalyze data, provide insights, and iterate designs based on results.\n\n5+ years\u2019 experience in CFD/Structural/Thermal simulations related to Semiconductor/Aero/Automotive Product Development / Manufacturing Engineering\n\nExperience in implementing solutions using Structural/ CFD/Thermal simulations\n\nRequires strong knowledge of Structural, CFD, Heat Transfer and Pre \u0026 Post processing of CFD Tasks\n\nMust have knowledge of commercially available CFD analysis tools such as CFD-ACE+ modules, Ansys Mesher, Ansys Fluent, Ansys WB.\n\nExposure to Structural \u2013 Fluid interaction, Nozzle spray and Chemical reactions is an added advantage\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelops and executes simulation models to test New \u0026 existing product designs.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand product challenges in the CFD/Structural/Thermal space and solve them \n\nAutomating mesh generation, solver setup, and post-processing of CFD and thermal analysis results\n\nBuilding optimization pipelines for thermal and fluid systems using classical equation approaches and validating the same on simulation verification\n\nEvaluate, validate, and benchmark model performance using appropriate metrics\n\nStay updated on advancements in multi-physics simulations and physics-informed learning techniques\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\nMust have in-depth knowledge of Structural, Fluid dynamics and Heat Transfer\n\nStrong skills in problem solving, teamwork and quality\n\nStrong programming skills in Python and solver integration\n\nFamiliarity with optimization and DOE\n\nAcademic Qualifications\n\nB.E/ B.
