Thorough knowledge of Restaurant P&L

Cafe Operations

Cash Management

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Coordination - Inter-department, Vendors, Statutory officers (during their visits)

Requirements

Graduation

Prior experience in leading a restaurant / cafe

Thorough knowledge of F&B P&L

Excellent interpersonal skills
