Description

Overview:

This role shall be overall responsible for the management of the Fluke service operations in India region. He/She shall be responsible for managing the Customer Service delivery, Customer satisfaction, Business development & People/talent management.

Responsibility:

Responsible to lead the Service business for India including managing operations activities for Test & Measuring instruments of Fluke brands.

Develop and implement service strategies (repair and calibration). Responsible for establishing and managing the service revenue and operating profit with a real emphasis on Growing top and bottom line. Coordinate sales service with other departments and serves as a liaison with sales, marketing and manufacturing personnel.

Develop local policies and procedures for the organizations in the customer service organization (Depot/Admin/Field Tech/Service Sales and Marketing).

Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining quality service standards, assuring to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsible for managing and establishing Authorized Service Providers in the India region to improve local service support to Fluke customers and partners

Build a strong team through effective selection, coaching, development and performance management.

Comply with company’s policy and rules on business ethics.
