Job Summary

Currently we are hiring candidates for the position of Voice process for one of our esteemed clients.

Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience - Fresher's preferred.

No degree No Problem, we welcome people without degree as well. Just fluency in English is enough

Job Description:

1. Voice process (Outbound Process)

2. No sales only verification process and hence no target

3. Reply to customers and address their concerns

4. Communicate with the client via phone

5. Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.

6. Good career growth.

Salary- 12000 take home

Communication Skills should be Excellent to get hired in Leading BPO

Job Location: Chennai

Shift Timings: US Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Working Days: 5. days and cab will not be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 /month take home
