Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Call Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential leads over the phone, understand their requirements, and pitch our Digital Marketing and Website Design & Development services effectively.

You will play a crucial role in nurturing leads, setting up meetings, and contributing to the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and third-party sources

• Explain our services clearly: SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Design, WordPress Development, eCommerce Development, etc.

• Understand customer needs and suggest relevant services

• Maintain records of conversations and update CRM systems or Excel sheets

• Schedule appointments or demos for senior sales or project managers

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and client queries
  
  Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

• Confident, energetic, and persuasive on calls

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Development services (training will be provided)

• Familiarity with using CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets is a plus

• Ability to handle rejections and objections positively

• Good time management and organizational skills
