We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join the Campaign Management team at PPSL. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of CLM campaigns — from creation and segmentation to quality checks and performance tracking — ensuring every communication is accurate, targeted, and impactful.
What you will do
Build, manage, and quality-check campaigns on CleverTap — including segmentation, journey setup, and dashboard monitoring
Collaborate closely with CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design teams to bring campaigns to life accurately and on time
Own campaign quality — review setups, validate audience segments, and catch errors before campaigns go live
Analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Take full ownership of outcomes — from briefing to execution to reporting
What we are looking for
2-5 years of hands-on experience in Campaign Management/Operations or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap — campaigns, segmentation, and dashboards
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking, a problem-solving mindset, and comfort with experimentation
Clear and effective communication skills — written and verbal
High ownership — someone who takes responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
